Aftersales Service from FreeTek

For warranty, we offer 2% free RMA buffer if the order quantity reaches 500pcs or more, for example, if the customer order is 1000pcs, they will get total 1020pcs. In order to avoid the high import and export duty of returning the defectives for repair, we will offer our customer a BOM list with the price of each material, for the additional defectives, they can buy the materials from us and make the repair at their side.  


Not just providing the quality products to our customers, we offer good aftersales service as well. Once your place the order, you can send your engineers or employees to our R&D department to have a repair trainning course, or we can send our engineers to your place to offer the trainning as well, but the travelling charges including board and room will be at your cost.
