Description:

1. Quality supervisor or high above can re-inspect the products at any time if necessary.

2. IPQC need to inspect aperiodically to guarantee the quality Quality Control is complied with SO9001:2000. Quality Control Development divides into several parts.

3. IQC: Quality Control is carried out by using LCR, multimeter, transistor trait drawing instrument, spot gauge, pulling meter to inspect all purchasing materials.

4. QC: Inspect the semi-finished goods and finished goods during producing to ensure the quality of all our products.

5. IPQC: Go on a tour inspection of each work for every product line and each stage of the production to ensure all the quality problems can be solved in time.

6. QA: Do the curtailed inspection of all the products for the stock according to MIL-STD-105E for their quality.

7. OQC: Do the curtailed inspection of all the products before shipment to ensure the quality.

8. QE: Test all the new products. Do all kinds of credibility tests such as the temperature test, circumstance test, aging test, etc. Train all the workers for the quality inspection often. Analyse the reasons for the complaints from the customers and try to make everything better.
